Digital Solutions Associate/Client Success Associate
We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and results-driven professional to help businesses embrace digital transformation through the implementation and support of innovative business software solutions.
To drive the adoption of Accsol products by identifying and acquiring new clients, advising businesses on appropriate business software/system solutions, leading successful implementation and user training, providing first-line functional support, and building long-term client relationships that maximize customer value and business growth.
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients, including SMEs, NGOs, and corporate entities across Uganda.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Accsol products client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress regularly.
- Product Demonstrations
- Conduct live and virtual product demos that clearly communicate Accsol products features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Tailor demonstrations to the specific technical and operational needs of each prospect.
- Handle objections confidently using your technical knowledge and product expertise.
- Client Onboarding & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients from contract signing through to full system adoption.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process including data migration, system setup, and user training.
- Develop onboarding materials such as user guides, FAQs, and training schedules.
- Provide timely first-line technical and functional support to clients, escalating complex technical issues to the development team where necessary.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct periodic check-ins and account reviews with existing clients.
- Gather and document client feedback systematically.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in sales, customer success, software implementation, or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to learn and explain business software solutions to clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation.
